The Nevada Yacht Club (NYC) was formed in 1963 with its foremost purpose being the encouragement of sailing as a sport and recreational activity. The NYC promotes sailing, boating and seamanship through semi-annual sail training, and an active racing schedule.

Whether for sport or for recreation, join those who are interested in power boats and sail boats of all types for skiing, sun bathing, hanging, boating excursions, etc. on Lake Mead and other lakes on the Colorado River.
